Solar Flare - Celestial Fashion Illustration + Mood Board

This project showcases fashion illustrations for one of my favorite sustainable brands: Purusha People. There are many things I adore about this company but a few things that come to mind are: ethically made in the US, women owned, and the comfiest and cutest designs. I just had to create some of my own ideas for this brand I have lovingly followed for years.

When thinking about this small collection, I wanted to create a cohesive capsule of items to transition from the cool months of Winter to the brighter days of Spring. To me, these colors and icons are the perfect blend of those dreamy winter days to a subtle feeling of hope when the chill is less noticeable. Focusing on some of the brands favorite elements from celestial prints to nature-themed icons. It includes transitional seasonal clothing, illustrated PJ sets with their best selling luna moth designs, and new silhouettes that the brand plans to roll out this year in 2025.

I've been a long time customer of Purusha and reached out to the owner, Hayley, in Fall of 2024. I presented a couple collections to her, in hopes of working together in some capacity. She purchased a couple of the designs and I have been working for her on an as needed basis ever since.
